Are all your artwork original?

Yes. Every piece is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork created by hand. No prints or reproductions are offered at this time, unless explicitly stated.

Do you take commissions?

I’ve decided to pause commissions for now to fully honor my creative flow - that intuitive space where inspiration leads the way and new collections come to life. Creating freely without structure allows me to stay aligned with the energy and intention behind each piece, which is when my best work happens. I’m deeply grateful for everyone who has reached out and for your continued support as my art evolves.

What sizes are available?

Artwork sizes vary by piece and collection. Dimensions are listed on each artwork’s product page.

How do I know which piece is right for my space?

Consider your wall dimensions, ceiling height, and the scale of surrounding furnishings. A helpful approach is to outline the artwork’s dimensions on the wall using painter’s tape and live with the placement for a few days before making a final decision.Styling inspiration and mockups are often shared on Instagram (@alisharady.art).

How do collection releases work?

Each collection is released at a scheduled time and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the release goes live, pieces can be purchased immediately, and the first completed checkout secures the artwork.

Because every piece is original and one of a kind, availability is limited. Items are not held in carts, and adding a piece to your cart does not reserve it until payment is completed.

I recommend joining my email list or follow my Instagram for release dates and notifications so you don’t miss future releases.

Can I reserve or hold a piece?

Due to the nature of original artwork, pieces cannot be reserved or held once released.

Where is pickup located?

Pickup is available near E-470 & Gartrell. The exact address is shared after purchase for privacy and security. After purchase, you’ll receive an email with pickup scheduling details.

Do you offer local delivery?

At this time, standard local delivery is not offered. Most collectors choose local pickup.

In extenuating circumstances -such as when an artwork’s size does not safely fit in a personal vehicle - local delivery may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. When available, delivery is offered at a rate of $1 per mile (round trip), calculated from the pickup location.

Delivery availability, scheduling, and pricing must be confirmed in advance and are subject to location and artwork size.

How soon can I pickup my Artwork?

Pickup is scheduled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to availability. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email to coordinate a pickup time.

Artwork must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. If the artwork is not collected within this timeframe and no prior arrangements have been made in writing, a daily storage fee will apply until pickup is completed.

Do you ship artwork?

At this time, I do not offer shipping due to the large-scale size of my artwork. All pieces are available for local pickup only

How can I contact you with questions?

All inquiries are handled via email to ensure clear communication and accurate record-keeping. This allows me to track conversations, provide detailed responses, and offer the best possible support.

At this time, I’m not available for phone calls.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final due to the nature of original artwork. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

How do I care for my artwork?

Display indoors only. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and harsh cleaners. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
