This concept piece took on a life of its own… which feels appropriate considering this was literally my first time using oil pastels.
No plan. Just sketching, layering colors, figuring it out as I went - and somewhere in the process I envisioned this piece living in an office/meeting room.
Something colorful enough to keep your brain stimulated and interesting enough to stare at while pretending to listen during a meeting that 100% could have been an email.
Former executive me knows exactly which meeting I’m talking about 😉

And as always with my Concept Pieces, I’ll be offering this one at introductory pricing - making it a more approachable way to start collecting original art, while giving me the freedom to experiment, explore new mediums, and continue evolving as an artist.
